Individual Therapy for Trauma, Anxiety or Depression

Living with anxiety or trauma can be overwhelming, but it doesn't have to be this way. Through an eclectic combination of Mindfulness, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Internal Family Systems (IFS) or Emotional Ego Parts language, I will work with you on practical solutions to manage or better alleviate your symptoms and address the root of your challenges. Together, we will build a foundation for lasting change and a brighter future.
