About Zsuzsa
Although I have lived most of my adult life in the US, I was born and raised in socialist Hungary. I moved to the US at age 22 because I intuitively felt that in order to thrive I must be in a different environment. It took many years of seeking, trying and self-inquiry before I accepted and pursued my calling to become a psychotherapist.
At Ways 2 Wellbeing, I am committed to helping you navigate your journey of change. I provide a safe, supportive environment where you will feel heard and understood as well as challenged. Whether you're struggling with anxiety, depression, or simply feeling stuck. I'm here to help you to move forward and discover lasting wellness.
I practice integrative therapy, combining evidence-based approaches to address the interconnected aspects of mind, body, and spirit. My counseling service specializes in trauma, anxiety, depression, relational issues, and overall wellness. A central focus of my practice is dedicated to treating complex or single event trauma, addressing the impact of distressing life events.
